E65 Are You Committed to Your Commitment

Is your word as good as gold, or is it as flimsy as the paper it's written on? Too many times in my life I've overcommitted at the moment, only to fail to live up to the commitment later on. As I've said before if I can't hold myself to my own word then how can I expect anyone else to? Listen as I talk about how sometimes not committing to something is the best thing you can do.
