This week on Shut Up I’m Talking, TommyInnit and Jack Manifold welcome viral TikTok comedian and Brighton local Isaac HP to the podcast, whose wild energy and painfully honest humour have made him one of the UK’s most unpredictable rising stars.

From his difficult childhood to making himself into a meme and becoming a social media phenomenon, Isaac opens up about mental health, working-class shame, burnout, and the fear of not belonging in the creative world.

He talks about his toughest comedy gigs, being mistaken for a terrorist in Poole, surviving therapy and TikTok addiction, and how Brighton helped him rebuild his life. Tom and Jack talk about their own creative struggles too, from streaming, writing and performing to staying authentic and not being defined by stats.
