She's grown up on the back of her dad's bike on adventures, she's been given the best training you can get, and she's got all the best gear and a new BMW motorcycle. But is she riding for herself? Or is she riding because she knows it makes her dad happy? Or, is she just discovering who she is, and who she is meant to become; A true biker. One thing for sure is that the two of them have an incredible bond, one that is quite obvious in the relationship they have through texts. This week on our motorcycle podcast we talk about how to become a better rider. In our first story, we talk about a new guy named Michael, who's only been riding less than 6 months, and has already moved up to a Ducati. At first we thought he might just be another squid, but he came to learn how to maintain his bike, and he's already taken an advanced riding class. Way to go Michael. Next up we hear from Lila who spent their first day in the dirt riding with us. They took instruction well, rode well, and had an amazing time. We explain how dirt riding will actually make you a better street rider as well. John and Liza also took a turn riding Jim's new Honda CRF450RL, and give their opinions on it. Then we hear from Emma and Cat, who are leading the Dolomites tour later this year. They talk about different styles of classes they have taken, how it made them better riders, and how riding in another country can also improve your riding skills. Ray Ray tells us about a flat track school he recently took. Riding in circles on muddy dirt may be some people's nightmare, but Ray loved it and equates how doing so gives you even more tools in your riding skills bag.
