This podcast for the Neurology Journal begins and closes with Dr. Robert Gross, Editor-in-Chief, briefly discussing highlighted articles from the print issue of Neurology. In the second segment Dr. Jeff Waugh interviews Drs. Renzo Guerrini and Alice Gardiner about their papers on paroxysmal dyskinesia and hemiplegic migraine. Dr. Stacey Clardy is reading our e-Pearl of the week about plus-minus lid syndrome. In the next part of the podcast Dr. Ted Burns interviews Drs. Dr. Burns serves as Podcast Editor for Neurology®; performs EMG studies in his neuromuscular practice (35% effort); and has received research support for consulting activities with CSL Behring and Alexion Pharmaceuticals.Dr. Lewis serves as CME Section Co-Editor for Neurology® and as Associate Editor for Continuum: Lifelong Learning in Neurology®; receives royalties for the books: Field Guide to the Neurologic Examination and Neurology for the Non-Neurologist and anticipates receiving royalties for the book: Neurologic Disorders due to Systemic Disease.
