I'm looking for validation or support that living with someone with nightmare disorder/ night terrors since 2 & 1/2 years can be difficult.. I'm feeling guilty for thinking that and I don't want to portray myself as the victim, he is obv the person suffering. Just supporting him through this has been tough for me too. Some ways are that he is sleepy and tired , he has very negative self perception, I also wake up at night with him when he is having these attacks and he doesn't remember this in the morning.. just that he had bad dreams.
