Reshma also reveals how to gain recognition as an industry expert and the most effective and ethical methods of winning and retaining clients.

Importantly, Reshma explains the significance of exercise and adequate sleep, and talks about various diets and foods which can contribute to increased energy levels and cognitive ability, which are all crucial to the successful performance of entrepreneurs.
