A Sweet Floral Life with Natasja Sadi of Cake Atelier Amsterdam

A Sweet Floral Life with Natasja Sadi of Cake Atelier Amsterdam

I'm still amazed at how flowers are being used in so many inventive ways! Flowers can be used to create beautiful and one-of-a-kind pieces in everything from fashion and design to art and decor and even edibles. It's exciting to see how one natural element can be used in different ways, and my guest today is known for creating lavish floral designs that look like they were lifted from a classical painting, but with a unique difference...handmade sugar flowers that truly look like real ones.

Natasja Sadi, a well-known floral artist, designs flower arrangements and sculpts sugar flowers from her studio in Amsterdam. She travels the world teaching floral design and sugar flower artistry, and she is now sharing her floral journey on the flower podcast. So let's get started and learn how a quest to pursue nature and a birthday cake sparked her interest in sugar flowers
