Is the NBA Cup Really a "Tournament?"

0:00 ... Bruce and Ross have some issues with the "Tournament" label on the NBA Cup, which started on Friday. They believe the games are just as important as regular season games than as "Tournament Victories." The timing and format of the "Tournament" are also a bit puzzling.
