Kooks, be honest: do you like Whole Foods? Jess and Caroline start out the episode with their complaints about the health food superstore, which then leads into a conversation about splitting chores with their partners, constantly coming up with new home design projects, and the overwhelm of always wanting to change your surroundings.

Then, Jess gives an exciting update: she’s deleted Instagram! The two talk about leaving social media behind, funny social media habits, and how much actual real-life social activities they’re balancing with their alone time. One social activity that’s off the table for them might surprise you. It’s an age-old way of gathering that isn’t quite hitting anymore…listen and let us know: do you agree?

2. Not for the Uj Body Positivity

2. Not for the Uj Body Positivity

Jess and Caroline are back, this time taking a more free-flowing approach to the pod. With no episode theme prepped beforehand, they thot'n'bop through a number of different topics. Jess shares childhood memories of traumatic doctor's visits, and Caroline opens up about her history with an eating disorder* - which she would never feel as comfortable divulging on YouTube. They resolve that body positivity isn't the be-all-end-all, and wish for more authenticity in showing the ups and downs when these experiences are talked about in the media. Onto lighter things, they then confront (or are confronted BY) their recent Google searches, talk about their differing boundaries with their therapists, and plug various words that Jess has coined in her closest circles. *Warning* This episode makes high-level reference to eating disorders; if that is a trigger, feel free to skip. 1. Not for Just One Thing

1. Not for Just One Thing

In the first episode of Not For Everyone, Jess and Caroline explain why this is actually the second episode of Not For Everyone. It’s episode 1, and Jess and Caroline are already emotionally fried. Who’s surprised. They quickly remember why they love chatting in the first place: because no matter the topic, they always stumble upon a deeper realization. So this one ends up being a conversation about redefining stability, mastering nonchalance, and Caroline’s tried-and-true unofficial trademark “diversified fulfillment.” They also lament why people care so much about their boring ass jobs, and Jess shares a 7th grade story of so-called demise by 50 Cent’s Candy Shop. __ Share with a friend!
