Broker Than You returns with a special episode with an incredible story. Laban Marsh and his handsome devil of a co-host Steve Cully bring on a tremendous guest, the beautiful, lovely, savvy businesswoman and devoted mother... Megan Marsh.

Megan was a tough athlete who played hard and fierce at Field Hockey. She had no fear and was an outstanding talent for the Huskies, helping to lead the team twice to Final 4 appearances.

She and Laban lived in McMahon dorms, Megan recalled on their first date Laban dominated whatever game they played, not letting her win. Over winter break, the relationship ended due to what is now called as "ghosting" and both saw other people.

As I always say, the heart wants what the heart wants, you can try to fight those feelings but always seem to lose. They got back together, the rest his history.

Megan did not envision living in Erie, PA, however they made it work. She was a mortgage broker and felt she may have hit the glass ceiling. Laban encouraged her to start her own business because she has a brilliant, creative mind and is organized with a detailed business plan.

Megan went out on her own wanting to help business owners and real estate investors get the funding they need to grow their business, purchase or renovate real estate, or simply learn about alternative financing options that you can't find walking into a bank.
She helps mortgage loan officers learn how they make money in commercial and business lending, so they have multiple income streams and product offerings. Megan is franchised and has over 10 years' experience with a successful track record.

Laban and Megan are a UConn couple with an Entrepreneural spirit who want to give back. Megan wants to help other's flourish. Originally from the Albany area, attending Shaker High, I am excited to see them both since I am right on the way.

Laban has a wonderful partner in Megan, they are fantastic parents, support each other and we had a great episode.
