Unprecedented Radio Views: Decoding GRB 231117A's Energetic Afterglow

The final collimation-corrected energy was calculated to be approximately 5.7×10^49 erg, about **18 times the initial impulsive energy**.

* **Probing Central Engines:** This study highlights the **critical importance of rapid and sensitive radio follow-up** for exploring the complex behavior of GRB central engines and their relativistic outflows.
