Continued Learning: how do coaches continue to learn after they have become a coach?

This is episode 8 of Beyond Top 10 Tennis and we take a look at 'education' overall and how it plays its part in a coaches collective performance. Touching on thoughts such as certification to tertiary education, the key difference along with misconceptions are touched on to distinguish between potential knowledge gaps and/or a more entrenched scope of performance metrics. On a lighter note, we look at where this education journey starts and how coaches can up-skill to keep pace with their players/athletes towards the Top 10 and why 'not' being aligned with a Federation can work in your favour!
