Next, identify your target audience. Who are the people you're creating this campground for? They could be families with young children, outdoor enthusiasts seeking adventure, retired couples exploring the country in their RV, or a combination of these. Take the time to understand the needs, expectations, and camping habits of your target audience. This will guide many of your design decisions, from the type and number of camping sites to the amenities and activities you offer.

Finally, consider how your campground will meet the needs of your target audience in a unique or superior way. What will set your campground apart from others?
