Episode 1 - Introducing TFA & Glance.sg

Welcome to Episode 1 of TFA x Glance.sg podcast! Come join our podcast as we touch on our personal stories and experiences as we entered the local freelancing world, our joys and woes of freelancing as a side hustle, and meaningful life lessons learned that powerfully impacted our daily lives! What does it take to be a freelancer, and what does it take to face the challenges of being a freelancer in Singapore? Everyone has what it takes to be a freelancer in Singapore, but do you have the drive that will bring you to success?

TFA is a local organization for freelancers in Singapore! They're all about elevating your profession by building a safe and sharing community with, and for freelancers; first locally then regionally.

Glance is your one-stop freelancing platform that aims to elevate the Singaporean Freelancing Dream through a close-knit and supportive community while providing a plethora of opportunities and other resources for freelancers to start and or grow.

In this episode, AJ, a graduate who took the unconventional Singaporean path and dived right into freelancing, talks about the start of her freelancing journey.

Renee who is a freelancers also shares how working 7 years in the corporate world made her want to branch out and be her own boss, and how she made that leap.

Dylan, the Founder and CEO of Glance.sg then shares about how he struggled with building credibility due to the lack of a stable platform to build connections with, therefore birthing the idea of glance.sg!
