Utilise your intuition, and if you don’t know how, invest in learning to access your intuition on purpose is one solid investment to your life and the welfare of your family over time.

Birth and the way your children come into this world is not a reflection on your bond with or love for your child and family. It is not a competition and you did not fail if you had a birth experience that left you in need of extra love and support.

There is no shame in reaching out for what you need.
