I was not raised as a Christian, however, through my own inner pilgrimage, I’ve discovered that I carried these negative stories deep inside myself. Unidentified lies are like an invisible burden, they effect the way we feel about ourselves, and the way we choose to move through the world. As I began restoring Mary Magdalene’s identity to the wise and sovereign being that I believe she was, I simultaneously felt a deep shift within myself. She received her BA and MA from the Pontifical Institute for Mediaeval Studies at the University of Toronto, Canada, and her PhD from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.
