The Boston Celtics are at Heartbreak Hill of the Boston Marathon -- the NBA All Star Break.  At 19-35, they ain't doing too good. Ty Ray and Rich Conte are back once again.  They'll have plenty to talk about.  After an undefeated week last week, the Celtics were only to squeeze one measly win out of the lowly Milwaukee Bucks while being blown out by the Dallas Mavericks and San Antonio Spurs.
