When a woman is murdered, the usual suspect is her boyfriend or husband, right? But what happens when police believe there has been a domestic dispute with the victim dead and her boyfriend still alive with serious injuries on his face? One such instance of severe tunnel vision that a detective for the Phoenix, Arizona police department in December of 2006. Ryan Waller is taken to the police station to be questioned in connection with the shooting death of his girlfriend, Heather Quan. But what happens when the suspect is actually a victim?
