AuDHD and Then Some™ | Hosted by Ellie AuDHD Capstick

AuDHD and Then Some™ is a podcast about neurodivergence, trauma, recovery and the complicated reality of being human.

Hosted by Ellie AuDHD, conversations are honest, down-to-earth and often deeply personal, exploring ADHD, autism, AuDHD, burnout, relationships, addiction and recovery, mental health, identity, trauma and the experiences that shape us.

Alongside Ellie's lived experience, you'll hear long-form conversations with guests from around the world sharing their stories, knowledge and perspectives.

On the 1st of every month, Ellie is joined by co-host Tasha for a free-flowing AuDHD conversation, taking one topic and properly getting into it. You'll also find occasional solo episodes where Ellie talks candidly about AuDHD, life, recovery, relationships and whatever else her brain has decided needs discussing that day.

No pretending we've got everything figured out. No perfect version of neurodivergence. Just real conversations that help us understand ourselves and each other a little better.

Learn. Connect. Feel less alone.

🎙️ New episodes every Tuesday & Thursday.
