El hecho de no mencionar jamas que se trataba de un delito imposible al no haberse tenido en ningun momento una direccion de pago para la supuesta extorsion es un detalle que no es para nada menor y hace una gran diferencia en el caso. No importa si el mail fue envidado por un Ruso, por Alberto Hill, o por Santiago Paz. Lo que importa es que nuestro codigo penal contempla lo denominado "delito imposible", algo que no es considerado delito y en el caso del circulo catolico, estamos ante esta figura. Porque ese dato nunca fue suministrado a la justicia? Es algo de que lo supieron en todo momento pero lo omitieron en el momento que deberian haberlo informado a la justica para tomar resoluciones ajustadas a dereche, con informacion relevante y que por no haberlo hecho, caso que la justicia tomara resoluciones basadas en informacion que no contenia elementos clave para el caso.
