Hi, I’m Amanda, the host of IPV and Me, and this podcast is my personal journey through the complex, painful, and often hidden world of intimate partner violence. I share my real experiences with domestic abuse—what it looked like, how it felt, why I stayed, and how I found the strength to leave.

This isn’t just about what happened to me. It’s about breaking the silence, exploring the emotional and psychological layers of abuse, and offering support to others who may be in similar situations. Whether you’re a survivor, someone still in it, or just trying to understand, I hope my story brings clarity, connection, and comfort.
