Do you want to know how to quit smoking? You have found the right podcast! My name is Sebastian and I'm excited to share the best ways on how to stop smoking naturally with you. The tips I share with you are based on science, my experience as a coach, and my experience as a certified hypnotist. In my episodes, I proudly recommend supplements that can help you to experience less stress and to recover your lungs while you are learning how to quit smoking cold turkey. Every now and then I might also recommend a book that can help you to stop smoking cigarettes. I offer smoking cessation hypnosis sessions that can allow you to quit smoking fast and without painful tobacco and nicotine withdrawal symptoms.
