Saturdays for Sanity is The Mayday Network's weekly hangout for people who need to breathe, laugh, and make sense of the week before Monday comes back around. Every Saturday at 10am ET, Julie Roginsky and Michelle Kinney are joined by Lawrence Winnerman and Dana Dubois for an unfiltered conversation that moves from real news and politics to pop culture, personal stories, and whatever's got everyone talking that week.

This isn't another show yelling at you about the state of the world or just a constant deluge of bad news. It's a moment to take a breath. Politics comes up because it's part of life, but it's not why we're here — and we leave plenty of room to talk music sports, TV, movies, dating, and whatever viral moment has everyone gathered around the water cooler.
