SENSI: Empowerment For Pussies

SENSI: Empowerment For Pussies

SENSI: Empowerment for Pussies is a bold, soulful, and unapologetic podcast by and about sensitive folk who are done living like their sensitivity is an oopsies. Through raw reflections, spiritual insight, and the occasional F-bomb, your host Shae turns the old idea of “weakness” on its head, offering a grounded path to empowerment.

Unafraid of the darker sides of sensitivity, Shae shares candidly and compassionately while steering clear of sugar-coating. She encourages you to take agency over your sensitivity, not merely to accept it (or make an exception for it).

Come along on the journey as she reads things and deepens the learning herself, constructing language and a framework for the sensitive experience. Beginning in THE STEREOTYPE, grasping at the ill-formed and often ineloquent experience - PRECISELY because it is cringe, PRECISELY because it is “oversensitive”, PRECISELY because she’s stuck - up and through the rage and realized unfairness (done to or by her) to THE STEEZE, and onward to mastery of the self and beyond.

For the HSPs, the deep thinkers, the empaths, and anyone who’s ever been told they’re “too much”, get ready to immerse yourself in deep study and identity work.
