Social Suicide

Social Suicide is a mental health and culture focused podcast started by psychologist Neha Banik and music critic Shanty. We aim to provide a platform for people to talk about their subjective experiences on a variety of topics. These experiences are tackled from a mental health angle and serves to help people who may be going through similar experiences. Our goal is to de-stigmatise various issues that regular people go through and attempt to separate taboo from reality. We also have a variety of episodes focused on music, film and more!
