Ep 029: Sunlight Over SSRI’s: Why Going Outside Matters More Than Meds

Ep 028: Preventing Heart Attacks with Quantum Cardiologist Dr. Michael Twyman
“If you don't mind your mitochondria at night, it does not matter what you do the next day,” explains Dr. Michael Twyman, board certified cardiologist. Cellular hydration refers to your mitochondria being able to generate enough structured or exclusion zone water for all of the body’s processes. “The oral cavity is so important. It's the external representation of the gut,” explains Kelly Bento, dental hygienist and certified student of quantum biology. As a dental hygienist for several decades, Kelly has seen it all working in both traditional dental practices and biological dental practices that offer a more holistic approach to dentistry.
