This episode is a beautiful conversation between myself and Jenna Brooke - Intuitive Hormone Coach & Psychic Mentor.

In this conversation we talk about our own personal experiences navigating emotional abuse within narcissistic relationship dynamics, for Jenna from the perspective of family dynamics and for myself in romantic relationships.

We talk about the importance of restoring self-worth, working through shame and using therapy as a support in healing from these toxic relationship dynamics.

We speak on how the body will send us physical signs and symptoms when we are in these unsafe dynamics and environments.

We talk on the key signposts and Jenna talks on the abuse cycle that indicates narcissistic behaviours - including discussions on love bombing, manipulation and gaslighting.
