41: Healing journey from dormant pleasure to a rekindled life - Interview with Sofia

If you have been thinking about working on yourself, and you question the place you are in life, if you have been curious abut what it's like working on your sexuality, but are also intimidated and a little bit scared by that work, this episode is for you. This week Sofia has come to the podcast to tell you how she went from having almost no pleasure in her life, to rekindling her sexuality, embracing her body and running around in a bikini, and realizing that sex can get better as you age.

Sofia is a Swedish/Austrian woman living in Stockholm, bi-curious and neurodivergent with a wanderlust soul, lover of cats, and obsessed with music and human behaviour. After a separation, Sofia realized she hadn't been seeking pleasure and she knew she had to do something about it. Despite being in therapy, there was a missing piece. When she found Erika on Instagram, she knew she had to give that a try because she sensed something good could come up from there. Eventually, she ended up in SHAMELESS, surrounded by women from allover the world seeking similar things, pleasure, goodness, joy and amazing orgasms. Her journey, so far, has been more about healing, so much so that she decided to let the process take place and just learn to listen to her body and surrender to a profound healing; and it is through that healing that everything in her life got better and more exciting.
