Join me as I share an intimate glimpse into the rawness, beauty and awe of witnessing birth as a rite of passage.

Of being invited into one of the most powerful thresholds a woman and family will ever cross.

Of holding space for the mystery, the intensity, the surrender, and the miracle of life unfolding.

This episode is a love letter to physiological birth and to the women who birth the new generation.

It’s also a reflection on the deep honour and responsibility of those of us who walk beside them in that moment.


And if, as you listen, something stirs in you.

A remembering. A curiosity. An inner knowing that you may be called to support women and families through the birth portal one day. This episode also holds an invitation.
