Trust - Be Dependable

Trust is next up on the list of Seven Critical Factors to Team Strong Leadership. The Trust factor again has 3 critical elements - Be and stay credible, be dependable and continue to serve.

The second point of the trust factor is to be dependable.

Dependability is the hallmark of trust.
People are drawn to those who follow through and meet expectations.
A leader can’t go far without a team he or she can depend on.
