I open up honestly about how I’m finding early motherhood, from the magic of life with a newborn to the mental load, mum guilt, and hormonal shifts that took me by surprise. I share what’s helping me navigate this phase, including structure, routine, calming my nervous system, and learning to focus on one thing at a time.


I also walk you through my current daily routine, how I’m approaching movement, nutrition, supplements, and postpartum training, alongside the mindset shifts shaping this new chapter from discipline and visualisation to doing more with less.
