39: At the Top of Her Game: Elise Cranny

Last week we heard about what it takes to run at the division 1 level. This week we're turning on the jets to talk to 2-time Olympian and American record holder in the women's indoor 5k, Elise Cranny.

🏃From turkey trots to time trials, in this episode we learn about her start in running and her quick growth which allowed her to turn pro and represent the 🇺🇸United States on the world stage in the 2020 and 2024 Olympics 🏆! We also discuss the difficulties that athletes of all levels face when balancing their sport and their lives.
