Purpose Panels Wellness Edition: A Live Conversation on Wellness, Community, and Purpose

This special episode of the Finding Purpose Podcast features the first-ever Purpose Panels Wellness Edition, recorded live in front of an audience.

Purpose Panels were created as an extension of the podcast — an opportunity to bring meaningful conversations into a shared physical space where community, vulnerability, and growth can happen in real time. After recording his 100th episode, Adam wanted to create an in-person experience where people could connect, share their journeys, and learn from leaders who are living with intention in the wellness space.

The theme of the conversation centers around the idea of "yet." A yet can represent a turning point in someone's life — a moment where they recognize something must change. That moment might feel negative in the moment, but it can also become the catalyst for transformation.

Throughout the panel, each guest shares how their own personal "yet" moments shaped their careers, their approach to wellness, and their commitment to helping others live healthier, more intentional lives.

This conversation explores the intersections of physical health, mental resilience, community, and purpose, highlighting how wellness is rarely a single discipline — it's the result of consistent habits, meaningful relationships, and the courage to make changes when life demands it.

Key Themes From the Conversation The Power of "Yet"

A "yet" represents a turning point — the moment someone recognizes something must change.

For some people it's a health scare, a personal loss, burnout, or a realization that their current lifestyle is no longer sustainable.

The panelists emphasize that these moments can either push us deeper into negative cycles or motivate us to seek support and create lasting change.

Wellness Is a Long-Term Commitment

Real growth rarely happens through dramatic overnight change.

Instead, it's built through consistent habits, small victories, and long-term commitment to personal health.

Whether it's nutrition, training, recovery, or mindset work, sustainable wellness comes from embracing the process — even when it's repetitive or uncomfortable.

Community Accelerates Growth

One of the most powerful takeaways from the panel is the role community plays in transformation.

From run clubs to coaching relationships to wellness spaces like The DripBar, having people around you who support your journey can dramatically increase the likelihood of long-term success.

Community provides accountability, encouragement, and a reminder that no one has to navigate their challenges alone.

About Purpose Panels

Purpose Panels are live events created by Adam as an extension of the Finding Purpose Podcast.

These gatherings bring together leaders from different fields to have authentic conversations about growth, resilience, and the experiences that shape who we become.

The goal is simple:

Create spaces where people can learn, connect, and walk away with tools that help them move forward in their own lives.

Future Purpose Panels will continue to explore themes around wellness, entrepreneurship, personal development, and recovery.

Final Reflection

Wellness isn't just about physical health.

It's about connection, accountability, purpose, and the willingness to grow through life's turning points.

Sometimes the moment that feels like a setback becomes the exact catalyst needed to create meaningful change.

And often, the first step toward that change is simply showing up.
