why during this fearful times - love is the only answer, and the harder life gets, the more I lean into Creator and love. life is short, how do you want to show up? fearful, angry, resentful, shutdown or peaceful, compassionate, and unconditionally loving? While it feels like hating those who hate us or smack talking against those who are "them" is "right" - the only person that affects is you. The only person who holds that low vibration, tense energy is yourself. Instead, let us learn to love ourselves deeper, love ourselves unconditionally, have compassion and forgiveness for ourselves so we can have compassionate, peace, love for those who are different than us and bring some healing to ourselves, families, and this world. we all need this and are deserving of this regardless of our race, culture, religion, political affiliation, gender. the heart is the seat of the soul and our ability to connect to our fellow humans, the Earth, and the divine. happy healing <3
