Julian recently led the migration of Memberstack's marketing site from Webflow to a vibe coded stack using Claude Code, Sanity, GitHub, and Vercel. We talk about how that process actually went, what surprised him, and what the results looked like three months later. We also get into the hard questions around visual editing, client work, design quality with AI, and what it would take for Julian to come back to Webflow.
