16 Jan 2024. Questions from the nVision and nHance coaching group this week. So many topics and questions answered; How to a navigate eating out at family members house in regards to tracking the calories. How to implement self control for an all inclusive holiday later in the year so I don't un-do any good work I have achieved before that. I need inspiration to help me increase my veg intake to meals! calorie intake whilst breastfeeding. Managing alcohol (not to the extreme of “never drinking again” but being able to have better control). Do I need to record water? I drink all the time (my family nickname is sponge!). Any ideas of different lunches, I have the habit of a sandwich as a 'go to'. Open and willing to try different things to see what works. What's a good target in grams for fat and carbs per day, i feel like im having alot of carbs but still keeping in my calories? I’d like to try and tell more people at work but I’m Not sure if they’d offer me more snacks? Getting steps in when young children need to be at home for naps and partners away so no childcare.
