Adaptive CrossFit Athlete, Accountability Coach and Motivational Speaker, Amy Bream is a force to be reckoned with. This week on The Two Percent Podcast, we sit with Amy as she opens up about her life; including the incredible story of how she went from telling everyone she is one of the most unathletic people, to becoming a Nike athlete and doing a campaign with Simone Biles in less than three years. Born with a condition called PFFD (a rare congenital condition that resulted in being born missing most of her femur bone), Amy has faced many challenges. She shares how things like getting in the gym has had such a big impact on her life both physically and mentally. Amy mentions how giving hope to women and children is the most rewarding part of her journey. When she's not on the competition floor, she serves as a public motivational speaker and personal accountability/mentality coach.
