Melisa Moore, PhD, is the author of The Good Sleep Guide for Neurodivergent Kids. A clinical psychologist board certified in behavioral sleep medicine, she works at the sleep center at Rady Children's Health San Diego. She also has a practice in the Los Angeles area working with children, teens, and young adults across the country for a variety of sleep and mood issues, specializing in neurodiversity.


I've talked so much in previous episodes of the podcast about how difficult and unnatural I've found sleep since I was a child and I know for parents of neurodivergent children, sleep issues can cause huge amounts of stress and upset.
