The co-founder of Netscape, one of the sharpest minds in Silicon Valley, posted his custom ChatGPT instructions online and got absolutely roasted for it. Telling an AI it has "intellectual firepower on par with the smartest people in the world" doesn't make it smarter. Telling it to never hallucinate doesn't stop hallucinations. And asking for answers "as long and detailed as possible" just produces verbose nonsense that buries any actual value. His system prompt is stuck in 2023.
