Episode 80: Today's Employee Incentivization Climate

Episode 80: Today's Employee Incentivization Climate

Join me for today's episode as I continue on with part 2 of a series of episodes related to the business trauma happening in the area of staffing aesthetic practices.

On a scale of 1-10, how much do you love the process of talking compensation with your employees?

If you answered 1-2 on the painful side, you are not alone.

Central Idea: You don't need to pay MORE for passionate, engaged employees who will contribute to your success (even for the "covid candidate")!

When I think of how to best incentivize employees I really turn to three guiding principles:

  1. Hire the Intraprenuer
  2. Lead with mission
  3. Master key drivers

Tune in to learn more about my strategy behind using the 5 business love languages to build compensation plans and how to avoid the 3 common pitfalls that prevent us from successfully hiring Intraprenuers into our team.
