Episode 124: Fierce Women in Aesthetics: Tiphany Hall, PhD, MBA

This week I am sharing a special Fierce Factor Encore episode with Dr Tiphany Hall as she opens up about her childhood, being a single mom, a college professor, and leading organizations from conception to thriving.

Tiphany serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Aesthetic Record, an all-in-one EMR & Practice Management Solution that powers over 3,000 US clinics and serves more than 1.5 million patients. Her work with A/R inspired Tiphany to be named as a "2020 Top 25 Woman Leader in Healthcare Technology" by the Healthcare Technology Report and one of "10 Next-Gen Leaders in 2020" by Mirror Review Magazine.

She also serves as the Co-Director of Aesthetic Next, a multi-disciplinary international meeting for injectors, practice managers and staff focused on growing practice potential through advanced injector and business training. Now in its third year, Aesthetic Next spans 1000 attendees, 40 faculty, 6 countries, and more than 150 unique learning sessions across multiple tracks.

Prior to coming onboard with Aesthetic Record & Aesthetic Next, she spent 4 years with Galderma US where she led HCP education, including professional relations, hands-on training, and practice development. One of the highlights of her career includes leading the launch of the first zero-footprint, interactive, app-based 3D facial cadaver training model in the Aesthetics industry.

Tiphany holds an MBA and a PhD in Organizational Development and you may see her on stage as she frequently lectures throughout the US on practice operations, technology-enabled solutions, and human capital optimization in healthcare.

I am excited to reshare this conversation for a raw inside experience of the setbacks & experiences that shaped Tiphany's role in life and business.
