This guided sleep meditation invites you to explore the difference between thoughts and the awareness that observes them — a core insight found in the teachings of Alan Watts, Ram Dass, and non-dual traditions. Using the image of sky and clouds, you'll gently practice letting thoughts pass without following them, settling into the undisturbed field of awareness beneath thinking. This session is for anyone who struggles to quiet their mind at night, who feels identified with anxious or looping thoughts, or who simply wants a more peaceful, spacious place to fall asleep from.
