I Was in the Best Shape of My Life and Still Overweight. Here's What Finally Changed.

I've talked about the moment I stood in front of the mirror and decided to lose weight for the last time. But I've been thinking about it, and that wasn't actually when everything changed. The real moment happened a couple of years before that and it had nothing to do with food or dieting or calories.

In this episode I'm sharing the story of how my husband buying me a bike for our anniversary was the actual turning point in my weight loss journey, why falling in love with movement completely changed the way I thought about my body, and why I was probably in the best shape of my life while still being overweight. I'm also talking about why this isn't about biking and how finding YOUR thing, whatever that is, might be the piece that changes everything for you too.
