Outer strength, on the other hand, is about creating physical and mental resilience. It's about taking care of your body and mind, so that you have the strength and energy to face whatever life throws at you. When you have outer strength, you feel more confident and capable, and you're better able to meet the demands of your daily life. Inner Peace and Outer Strength are deeply interconnected. When you find inner peace, you automatically create outer strength.
