💛 THREE DAILY CARING TIPS

1. Write your worst case — then close the notebook. Before a challenging day, take 60 seconds to write down the single thing you are most afraid of. Then close the book. The Stoics knew that named fears lose their grip on the body.

2. Use the morning pause. Before you reach for your phone, before the noise of the day arrives — take three conscious breaths. Just three. It returns you to yourself before the world takes you elsewhere.

3. Separate the event from your story about it. When something goes differently than expected today, pause and ask: Is this actually a problem? Or is this simply what happened? The Stoics built entire philosophies on that one question. It's yours now.
