To make a profit, food companies must create an irresistible product that never leaves you fully satisfied so you will continue eating it. Food scientists work to create the perfect combination of sugar, starch, seed oils, salt, and flavoring to create maximum pleasure, also known as the bliss point. Artificial flavor chemicals are very different from natural flavor chemicals and are 300 times more intense! When you repeatedly consume these chemicals, you can develop dopamine resistance. Junk food is devoid of nutritional value and lacks protein. Junk foods are not food in the true sense of the word. Food is defined as something that gives you energy and helps you sustain life, something junk food can't do. Here is a list of some of the worst junk foods. Avoid these foods! 1. BBQ chips 2. Cheese pop 3. Plant-based meat 4. Fast food 5. Artificial maple syrup 6. Extra virgin olive oil 7. Imitation crab 8. Cheese products 9. Artificial sweeteners 10. Artificial honey 11.
