Heather is the cool, late-diagnosed, childfree millennial aunt you never knew you needed. She runs Bit of Baking and Chaos, sharing the lived experience of ADHD, from managing work and hormones to the everyday chaos of a brain that works a bit differently. Diagnosed in her thirties, she also creates practical resources for people looking for actual answers, not just awareness.
