Wildwood Sanitarium | Interview with Zach Przystal + 5-Hour Private Paranormal Investigation

At Wildwood Sanitarium, the line between healing space and haunted space is razor thin.

In this episode, I sit down with Zach Przystal, co-owner of Wildwood Sanitarium, to talk about the building’s origins as an early 1900s osteopathic sanitarium, the spirits that still linger there, and how his own spiritual awakening began with a profound moment after his grandmother’s death.

We dive into:

Wildwood’s original purpose treating mental health, addiction, and non-contagious illness using a holistic approach
The old bathhouse in the basement, including the electric battery baths and cold/hot therapies once used there
Why the third floor and basement are the most paranormally active areas
Zach’s belief that spirits can travel not just anywhere… but anywhen
Astral projection, remote viewing, and metaphysical views of time and consciousness
The tug-of-war between rational mind and intuition — and how it parallels “parts work” in psychotherapy
Healing the heart after harm, and why staying open is essential for spiritual connection

After the interview, I share highlight clips from our five-hour private investigation inside Wildwood Sanitarium — including one especially chilling piece of evidence.
