Because somewhere along the way, that label became acatch-all for confusion, disappointment, and unmet desire. And the truth is, not all men who feel distant are unavailable. Some are exhausted. Some are healing. And some actually are emotionally present, just not in the ways we’ve been taught to look for.

So today, we’re slowing this conversation down, separatingmyth from reality, and giving you clarity without blame, fixing, or settling. Because before we decide a man is emotionally unavailable, we need to ask a better question.

Unavailable to what… and at what cost?
