Muirina and Guilia guide a smooth full body yoga flow focused on strength, balance, and steady breathing. The session begins with gentle backbends and forward folds before moving into plank work, cobra stretches, and downward dog to warm up the whole body.


From there the flow builds through crescent lunges, standing balance poses, and controlled transitions that activate the core, legs, and shoulders. The class finishes with a calm standing reset and breathing moment to bring everything back to center.
